ISTJ
ISTJs will give any amount of help if they can see that it is needed, but their logic rebels against requirements or expectation to do anything that doesn’t make sense to them. Usually they have difficulty understanding needs that differ widely from their own. But once they are convinced that something maters a great deal to a given person, the need becaomes a fact worthy of respect; they may go to generous lengths to help satisfy it, [even if] they still hold that it doesn’t make sense. In fact, they may be sharply critical of the carelessness or lack of foresight by which some unfortunate has landed in trouble and, all the same, spend much time and energy to help.
