Veteran Disability Evaluations

Dr. Gordon is a qualified, private doctoral-level psychologist available for PTSD and other mental health evaluations required for the Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ).

  • Evaluations are completed in 1 - 2 (90min) sessions.

  • Estimated total cost for evaluation sessions + completed DBQ + written report (Nexus letter): $850
